Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde technische onderneming actief in mechanische herstellingen, revisies en maatwerkoplossingen voor industriële installaties, constructies en maritieme toepassingen.

Ter versterking van het team zijn zij op zoek naar een Draaier / Frezer.

In deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende mechanische opdrachten waarbij geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is. Je vervaardigt en herstelt mechanische onderdelen op maat en werkt zowel in het atelier als op locatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Draaien en frezen van mechanische onderdelen op maat.
  • Herstellen van onderdelen voor industriële installaties, constructies en maritieme toepassingen.
  • Vervaardigen van unieke, niet-gestandaardiseerde onderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische bewerkingen volgens technische plannen of op basis van bestaande onderdelen.
  • Werken aan herstellingen in het atelier en occasioneel op locatie
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen voor complexe mechanische problemen.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de afgewerkte stukken.
  • Correct toepassen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Technische opleiding in mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Eerste ervaring met draaien en frezen (conventioneel en/of CNC is een pluspunt).
  • Sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Probleemoplossend denken en nauwkeurig werken.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken maar ook goed functioneren binnen een team.
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Bereid om sporadisch avond- of weekendwerk uit te voeren.
  • Bereid om occasioneel op verplaatsing of aan boord van schepen te werken.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en precisie.
