Ben jij graag met techniek bezig en heb je liever een machine of onderdeel in je handen dan een hele dag achter een bureau? Dan zit je hier goed. Als matrijzentechnieker werk je aan technische onderdelen die heel precies moeten worden gemaakt en afgesteld. Je sleutelt, meet, monteert, herstelt en zoekt uit waar het probleem zit. Kortom: fijn technisch werk voor iemand die graag weet hoe iets werkt én het ook zelf wil aanpakken. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring als matrijzentechnieker te hebben. Met een opleiding mechanica, elektromechanica of werktuigmachines en de juiste ingesteldheid leer je hier het vak op de werkvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je onderhoudt, demonteert en herstelt matrijzen.
  • Je maakt en bewerkt onderdelen met verschillende machines, waaronder CNC-machines.
  • Je leest technische plannen en voert nauwkeurige metingen en controles uit.
  • Je monteert en stelt matrijzen af zodat ze correct functioneren.
  • Je zoekt technische problemen uit en denkt mee over een goede oplossing.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een klein, familiaal productiebedrijf met een hechte technische ploeg. Je krijgt de kans om veel bij te leren en wordt begeleid door een ervaren matrijstechnieker.

  • Je volgde een technische opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica, werktuigmachines of een gelijkaardige richting. Schoolverlaters zijn zeker welkom.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van CNC en technisch planlezen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om aan kleine en technische onderdelen te werken.
