Onze klant met vestigingen in Kuurne en Gullegem is leverancier van allerhande plaatwerk en gelaste constructies in staal, inox en aluminium.

Zij bieden alles onder 1 dak: van precisiemetaalbewerking tot halffabrikaten en afgewerkte constructies. Je kan bij hen zowel terecht voor prototypes als voor stuk- en seriewerk.

Ze beschikken over een volledig geautomatiseerd machinepark, aangestuurd vanuit een platenmagazijn met 700 palletplaatsen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig bedienen van de zaagmachine binnen een moderne en groeiende onderneming.
  • Je stelt de zaagmachine nauwkeurig in volgens de juiste parameters, zodat profielen exact volgens technische tekeningen en productieorders gezaagd worden.
  • Je werkt met een rolbrug om zware metalen materialen veilig te verplaatsen en zorgt ervoor dat elk profiel correct wordt afgemeten, gezaagd en gecontroleerd.
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stockbeheer van het profielenmagazijn, waarbij je zowel de orde als de netheid bewaakt.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en rapporteert afwijkingen of optimalisaties aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je verwerkt productie-orders en voorraadbeheer via het ERP-systeem.
  • Dankzij jouw ervaring en nauwkeurigheid draag je bij aan een efficiënte en veilige productieomgeving.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Jij bent een ervaren operator die zich volledig thuis voelt in de metaalsector.
  • Je hebt reeds één tot drie jaar ervaring met het bedienen van zaagmachines en kan zelfstandig werken volgens technische tekeningen en productieorders.
  • Je beschikt over een scherp oog voor detail, werkt ordelijk en netjes, en hebt een praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet in drukke periodes het hoofd koel te houden.
  • Dankzij je basiskennis van computers en ERP-systemen kan je vlot productiegegevens verwerken en het magazijn beheren.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou altijd voorop.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een stabiele job met toekomstperspectief in een moderne werkomgeving waar collegialiteit en ontwikkeling centraal staan.
