* Bedienung und Einrichtung unserer TRUMPF CNC-Abkantpressen

* Abkanten und Biegen von Blechteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen

* Selbstständiges Rüsten und Einrichten der Maschinen

* Auswahl und Einrichtung geeigneter Biegewerkzeuge

* Erstellen, Aufrufen und Anpassen von Biegeprogrammen

* Fertigung von Einzelteilen sowie Klein- und Serienbauteilen

* Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Maßkontrollen

* Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Mess- und Prüfmitteln

* Laufende Optimierung der Fertigungsabläufe gemeinsam mit dem Team

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Materialien

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau, Blechbearbeitung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Abkanten von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit TRUMPF Maschinen und Steuerungen sind willkommen

* Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen

* Technisches Verständnis und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

* Selbstständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Interesse an moderner Fertigungstechnik

* Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Du hast Erfahrung auf einer anderen Abkantpresse? Kein Problem. Bei entsprechender Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung ist eine Einschulung auf die TRUMPF-Technologie möglich.
