Das Unternehmen zählt zu den etablierten Industrieunternehmen im Raum Innsbruck und ist im Bereich der Metallverarbeitung tätig. Der Arbeitsplatz bietet dir eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und attraktiven Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Die ausgeschriebene Position ist in Vollzeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb von Montag bis Freitag angesiedelt. Die Arbeitszeiten sind planbar und ermöglichen eine gute Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben.

Aufgaben

* Übernahme der Bedienung und eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung von Stanz-Biege-Maschinen, z.B. Bihler oder Bruderer

* Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Umrüstarbeiten an den Produktionsmaschinen

* Optimierung bestehender Werkzeuge sowie Umsetzung technischer Verbesserungen

* Selbstständige Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung neuer Projekte

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards im Produktionsbereich

* Dokumentation und Überwachung der Maschinenlaufzeiten und Produktionsdaten

Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Metallbereich, z.B. Metalltechnik, Maschinenbautechnik, Werkzeugbau, Zerspanungstechnik oder als Schlosser:in (m/w/d)

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb von Montag bis Freitag

* Zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Denken
