Mit modernsten Technologien und einem engagierten Team bieten wir unseren Kunden innovative Lösungen in den Bereichen Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau und allgemeine Blechbearbeitung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Metalltechniker_in / Schlosser_in

mit Schwerpunkt: Schweißtechnik und Abkanten.

Standort: Tirolaser, Zell am Ziller und/oder Wiesing

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeitbeschäftigung

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Selbstständige Fertigung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen nach technischer Zeichnung.

-Schweißen (MIG/MAG und WIG) von hochwertigen Metallteilen aus Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium.

-Abkanten und Biegen von Blechteilen an CNC-gesteuerten Abkantpressen.

-Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Toleranzen.

-Durchführung einfacher Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen.

-Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen.

IHR PROFIL:

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metalltechniker_in, Schlosser_in, Schweißer_in oder in einem verwandten Berufsfeld.

-Berufserfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung, insbesondere im Schweißen (idealerweise mit gültigen Schweißzertifikaten) und Abkanten.

-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen und technischem Zeichnungslesen.

-Präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.

-Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Freude an neuen Herausforderungen.
