The posting

Als Meter/Strekker in Venlo werk je fulltime in een 2-ploegendienst. Jouw rol draait om kwaliteitscontrole van aluminium profielen tijdens het extrusieproces. Je krijgt een uitgebreide interne opleiding, zowel technisch als meettechnisch. Zo leer je alles over hoogtemeters en profielprojectoren. Je groeit door van junior naar een volwaardige Meter/Strekker. Hierbij vind je steeds de balans tussen productie en kwaliteit.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag controleer je profielen op diameter, toleranties en oppervlakte. Je werkt nauw samen met de persoperator en neemt zelfstandig besluiten als het proces bijgestuurd moet worden. Met de strekbank zorg je dat de profielen aan alle eisen voldoen. Lukt dat niet? Dan sta jij stevig in je schoenen en onderbreek je het proces als dat nodig is. Je werkt met moderne machines in een nette en veilige productieomgeving.

Werktijden in 2 ploegen

Ploeg 1: Maandag t/m donderdag 05.30-14.00 Vrijdag 05.30-12.30u

Ploeg 2: Maandag t/m donderdag 14.00-22.30 Vrijdag 12.30-19.30
