The posting

Zabezpečovať realizáciu poradenských aktivít v školách prezenčným, alebo dištančným spôsobom: - realizovať individuálne poradenstvo pre pedagogických zamestnancov (PZ), vedúcich pedagogických zamestnancov (VPZ), - realizovať návštevy hodín PZ a VPZ s cieľom zvýšenia kvality výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu, - poskytovať im spätnú väzbu na pozorované edukačné aktivity, - navrhovať odporúčania na zvýšenie kvality výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu, - identifikovať a diagnostikovať problémy PZ a VPZ, - podporovať PZ a VPZ pri tvorbe návrhov možných riešení ich problémov, - pomáhať im pri aplikácii týchto riešení vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese v triede a práci so žiakmi, - vedieť poskytovať poradenstvo v niektorých z uvedených oblastí: vzdelávacie programy (ŠVP, ŠkVP), hodnotenie vzdelávacích výsledkov žiakov, vzdelávací proces a vyučovací štýl učiteľa, personalizácia vyučovania a inkluzívne vzdelávanie, digitalizácia.

Realizovať skupinové formy rozvoja spôsobilosti PZ a VPZ vo vyššie uvedených oblastiach - formou poldňových/celodňových workshopov, - formou organizovania učiacich sa skupín/organizácie prednášok a diskusií,

Monitorovať potreby PZ, VPZ a riaditeľov škôl v regióne - formou dotazníkov pre PZ, VPZ a riaditeľov škôl a školských zariadení, - formou individuálnych rozhovorov s PZ, VPZ a riaditeľmi škôl a školských zariadení.

Vykonávať administratívne úlohy spojené s pracovným miestom: - vyplnenie pracovného výkazu, - vedenie dokumentácie o činnostiach, - iné podľa potreby EduHubu.

Vykonávať pracovné činnosti podľa potreby a pokynov zamestnávateľa. Výhody:- flexibilný úväzok 40 – 100 percent , - organizácia času podľa dohody min. 2 dni v týždni, súvisle 7,5 h , - zaujímavá pracovná príležitosť v oblasti školstva na nepedagogickej pozícii, - flexibilita.
