Als Metrologie Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van meetstrategieën voor hightech precisiecomponenten. Je bepaalt hoe producten gemeten worden, standaardiseert meetmethoden en onderzoekt continu nieuwe technologieën om de nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid van metingen te waarborgen. Je werkt nauw samen met het team Productie Engineering en bent betrokken bij nieuwe productintroducties, waarbij je de meetbaarheid van kritische productkenmerken definieert en borgt. Je voert analyses uit zoals MSA, Gauge R&R en Cp/Cpk, vertaalt meetdata naar verbeteringen en adviseert over investeringen in meetapparatuur. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's bij complexe meetvraagstukken en draag je bij aan het opbouwen van kennis en standaarden binnen metrologie. Je werkt met diverse meetsystemen, waaronder CMM, vision- en optische systemen, geometrische en ruwheidsmetingen en microscopie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding of relevante ervaring - Analytisch, nauwkeurig en praktisch ingesteld - Vaardigheid in root-causeanalyses en structurele probleemoplossing - Kennis van metrologie, meettechniek of kwaliteitsvraagstukken - Ervaring met statistische procesbeheersing - Aantoonbare ervaring in een technische productieomgeving - Kennis van CMM-programmering, optische meetsystemen en/of Six Sigma is een pre - Bekendheid met technische tekeningen - Ervaring met MSA, Gauge R&R, Cp/Cpk of vergelijkbare methodieken Functieoverzicht .
