Van meetstrategie tot nieuwe meettechnologie: jij bepaalt hoe we de precisie van onze hightech componenten meten en borgen Bij LouwersHanique ontwikkelen en produceren we kritische precisiecomponenten van technisch glas, keramiek, silicium en andere bijzondere materiaalcombinaties. Producten met complexe geometrieën en toleranties waarbij nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar meten essentieel is. Als Metrology Engineer bepaal jij hoe we deze producten meten. Je ontwikkelt de meetstrategie per product, standaardiseert meetmethoden, meetmiddelen en opspanmiddelen en zoekt continu naar nieuwe meettechnieken en betere meetsystemen. Daarmee is deze rol interessant voor zowel engineers als ervaren meetspecialisten die een volgende stap willen maken. Werk je nu bijvoorbeeld als Quality Engineer, Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Measurement Engineer of ervaren CMM-/meetspecialist? Dan krijg je bij LouwersHanique de ruimte om van specialist door te groeien naar technisch eigenaar van metrologie. Je werkt binnen het team NPI & Productie Engineering en bent vanaf nieuwe productintroducties betrokken bij de definitie van kwaliteit en de manier waarop kritische productkenmerken worden gemeten en geborgd. Jouw rol Jij bent technisch eigenaar van de manier waarop LouwersHanique meet. Daarbij: - ontwikkel je voor nieuwe en bestaande producten de meetstrategie en bepaal je wat, hoe en met welke frequentie gecontroleerd wordt; - standaardiseer en verbeter je meetmethoden, meetmiddelen en opspanmiddelen; - onderzoek en implementeer je nieuwe meettechnieken en meetsystemen en optimaliseer je onze huidige Hexagon-oplossingen; - bepaal je binnen NPI-projecten welke productkenmerken kritisch zijn, hoe klantspecificaties betrouwbaar gemeten kunnen worden en hoe deze worden gevalideerd; - voer je onder andere MSA-, Gauge R&R- en Cp/Cpk-analys...
