Metselaar nieuwbouw Drachten Functie Voor een metselbedrijf in Drachten zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Metselaar. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Geen project is hetzelfde: de ene keer ben je bezig met de ruwbouw van een nieuw pand, de andere keer werk je mee aan een verbouwing of uitbreiding. Samen met een team van vakmensen lever je kwalitatief metselwerk af en draag je bij aan een veilig en efficiënt bouwproces. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van metselwerk aan woningen en utiliteitsgebouwen; - Verwerken van verschillende soorten metselstenen en bouwmaterialen; - Lezen en toepassen van bouwtekeningen; - Controleren van de kwaliteit en maatvoering van het metselwerk; - Samenwerken met collega's om projecten volgens planning op te leveren; - Zorgen voor een veilige en opgeruimde werkplek. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare ervaring als metselaar; - Een geldig VCA-certificaat of de bereidheid deze te halen; - Rijbewijs B is wel handig maar geen vereiste; - Je kunt bouwtekeningen lezen; - Een praktische instelling en oog voor detail. Aanbod - Een baan voor 40 uur per week; - Een brutosalaris van € 20,02 tot €22,68 per uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Gelijkwaardige beloning conform Bouw Cao; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 25 vakantiedagen & 20 ADV-dagen; - BPF-bouwpensioen; - Koningsvoordeel.
