Voor onze vacature van metser kom je terecht in een bedrijf uit Essen dat gespecialiseerd is in algemene bouwwerken. De uitvoering van deze werken gebeurt door hun vaste team van bijna dertig arbeiders.

Ze werken projecten op een persoonlijke manier van a tot z af en dit al bijna 45 jaar in de provincie Antwerpen en Nederland.

Met de vele projecten op de planning zoeken zij iemand om hun team snel te versterken!

Jobomschrijving

  • Leiding geven aan jouw ploeg van 4–6 metsers, bekisters en helpers — en zelf actief meewerken
  • Voorbereiden, coördineren en controleren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Materiaalaanvoer en materieelbeheer in goede banen leiden
  • Kwaliteit & veiligheid bewaken — niemand werkt zonder jouw oog voor detail
  • Plannen maken in overleg met de projectleider en tijdig opleveren
  • Rapporteren aan je projectleider over voortgang en uitdagingen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je bent nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je werkt goed in teamverband én zelfstandig.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het overzicht.
  • Je kan bouwplannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie (ploegbaas/meestergast) is een pluspunt.
  • Goede communicatie en motiverende skills.
