Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler in de woningbouwsector, gevestigd in het hart van Dilbeek. Zij bieden hun klanten zowel de mogelijkheid om woningen op plan te kopen als volledig op maat te laten bouwen. De focus ligt op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en klanttevredenheid. Ter versterking van hun team zijn wij op zoek naar een gepassioneerde en ervaren metser.

Jobomschrijving

Als metser bij Bouwbedrijf ABC ben je een essentiële schakel in het bouwproces. Je werkt op diverse projecten, van standaard woningbouw tot unieke, op maat gemaakte woningen. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het uitvoeren van metselwerk volgens technische plannen en specificaties.
  • Voorbereiden van de werf en het plaatsen van funderingen, muren, en structuren.
  • Samenwerken met andere vakmensen op de werf om de bouwprojecten tot een succesvol einde te brengen.
  • Zorgen voor de veiligheid en netheid op de werkplek.
  • Indien nodig voer je kleine bekistingswerken uit.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wij zoeken een gedreven kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

  • Iemand die zijn weg kent op de werf en zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Kennis van bouwmaterialen en -technieken.
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en oog voor detail.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en deel uit te maken van een team.
  • Flexibel en bereid om zich aan te passen aan verschillende soorten projecten.
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands.
