Als metselaar leer je mee hoe gebouwen stap voor stap vorm krijgen. Je werkt samen met ervaren bouwvakkers en leert verschillende soorten metselwerk uitvoeren. Met begeleiding op de werf krijg je de kans om jouw technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en steeds zelfstandiger te worden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt mee met het metselwerk van verschillende bouwprojecten.
  • Je leert werken met snelbouwstenen, betonblokken en gevelmetselwerk.
  • Je werkt samen met de ploegchef en ervaren collega's om het metselwerk correct uit te voeren.
  • Je helpt waar nodig mee met kleine bekistingswerken.
  • Je zorgt samen met het team voor een nette, veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering op de werf.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal bouwbedrijf waar samenwerken centraal staat. Op de werf werk je samen met ervaren bouwvakkers die hun kennis graag met je delen. Je krijgt begeleiding van de ploegchef en kan stap voor stap meer technieken zelfstandig uitvoeren. Door de variatie in bouwprojecten leer je verschillende soorten metselwerk kennen. Zo bouw je rustig ervaring op en groei je verder in een vak waarin je het resultaat van je werk elke dag ziet.

  • Je hebt interesse in de bouw en wil graag het vak van metselaar verder uitbouwen.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring of opleiding in de bouw, maar vooral jouw motivatie om bij te leren telt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking.
  • Je werkt graag samen en staat open voor begeleiding van ervaren collega's.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht, houdt van praktisch werk en vindt veilig werken belangrijk.
