Ben jij een ervaren metselaar die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Zoek je een stabiele job in de bouw, met werk in eigen streek en een team waarop je kan rekenen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Je werkt mee aan de constructie van gebouwen en ziet jouw werk letterlijk vorm krijgen. Ervaring en vakkennis zijn belangrijk, maar ook een goede samenwerking en een correcte werkhouding maken hier het verschil.

Wat ga je doen? Als metselaar sta je in voor het metselwerk bij de constructie van gebouwen.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • metselen met snelbouwstenen en betonblokken;
  • uitvoeren van gevelmetselwerk;
  • nauwkeurig uitvoeren van het metselwerk volgens plan;
  • samenwerken met de ploegchef en collega's op de werf;
  • toepassen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften;
  • af en toe uitvoeren van kleine bekistingswerken;
  • zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en verzorgde afwerking.

Je werkt mee aan verschillende projecten, waardoor je job voldoende afwisseling biedt.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiebedrijf met een lange geschiedenis. Al sinds 1947 bouwt de familie verder aan haar vakkennis en reputatie. Vandaag staat de vierde generatie klaar om die ervaring verder te zetten.

Je werkt voornamelijk in eigen streek en komt terecht in een hecht team van bouwvakkers. De ploegchef begeleidt het team op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat de werken vlot verlopen. Je hebt al ervaring als metselaar en kent het vak. Je weet wat er van je verwacht wordt en kan tegen een stootje.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je ervaring met metselwerk
  • spreek je goed Nederlands
  • heb je technisch inzicht
  • werk je nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • werk je graag samen met collega's
  • hou je van een no-nonsense aanpak
  • beschik je bij voorkeur over een rijbewijs B
  • neem je veiligheid op de werf ernstig

Wie graag wil bijleren en meer verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen, krijgt daar op termijn ook de ruimte voor.
