Wir suchen zur Verstärkung 1 Metzger_in ab sofort in Vollzeitbeschäftigung. (Vollzeit mit 40 h/Woche , jedoch sind wir offen für alle weiteren Wochenstundenmodelle)

Dein Profil

* Berufsausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit

* Du bist zuverlässig, gründlich und bist ein Teamplayer

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Reinlichkeit

Deine Aufgaben

* Fleischzerlegung (40% deines Aufgabenbereiches)

* Herstellung von Wurstprodukten (Selchen, Kochen, Braten, "Wursten", etc.)

* Produktkontrolle, Warenübernahme

* Umsetzung der Qualitäts- & Hygienevorschriften

* Produktionsprotokolle und Ablage führen, gemeinsam im Team

* Kommissionierung und Warenbereitstellung (inkl. Tourenplanung)

* Im Team kümmerst du dich um die anfallenden Arbeiten

(Bestellungen, Reinigungsarbeiten)

Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
