Na een gedegen opleidingstraject in onze werkplaats ga je uiteindelijk aan de slag als meubelmaker op de weg! Vanuit ons gloednieuwe distributiecentrum in Dordrecht ga je samen met een enthousiast team elke dag voor het beste resultaat. Hard werken, maar zeker ook veel lachen, zo maken we het verschil. Dit ga je doen als meubelmaker op de weg Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent het visitekaartje bij onze klanten thuis. - Je start je dag met het laden van je servicebus - Je rijdt je route door heel Nederland langs klanten - Je beoordeelt serviceverzoeken en lost problemen direct op - Je voert reparaties uit aan meubelen (hout, stoffering) - Je zorgt dat elke klant tevreden is en je met een glimlach laat gaan Kortom: jij maakt van een klacht een positieve ervaring. Dit doen we voor jou - Elke maand een passend salaris (€2500-3500 bruto per maand) - Bonus bij het behalen van persoonlijke en team doelen; €325 per maand - Overwerktoeslag van 150% - Een eigen bus voorzien van de nieuwste materialen en gereedschappen van o.a. Festool en Makita - Interne opleidingen; zodat jij door kunt groeien - Een leuke werksfeer onderling, feestjes en vrijdagmiddagborrels - Personeelskorting op al onze meubelen, zo heb je altijd de mooiste meubelen staan - Een platte organisatie met informele werksfeer.
