Meubelen op maat van NordXL in Groningen Leidinggevende werkplaats gezocht NordXL is een sterk groeiende organisatie. We zijn gespecialiseerd in (maatwerk)meubelen, huis- en tuinmeubelen die onder andere online worden verkocht op onze website NordXL. Binnen NordXL werken we met een ambitieus, gedreven en creatief team. Alle meubelen worden in samenspraak met de klant gemaakt of ontwerpen we zelf. NordXL is de grootste fabrikant en webshop op het gebied van (maatwerk) steigerhouten meubelen. Daarom zijn we opzoek naar nieuwe talenten die ons team komen versterken. Wat verwachten wij? Ter versterking van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een fulltime medewerker die de leiding neemt in de werkplaats. Als leidinggevende werkplaats ben jij de spin in het web op de werkvloer. Er zijn een aantal vereisten: Je hebt een MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau en je neemt graag de leiding. Onder hoge tijdsdruk en volgens strakke schema's werken is bij jou bekend en je werkt tot de opdracht afgerond is. Je bent enthousiast en staat stevig in je schoenen. Bovendien beschik je over het talent om het overzicht te houden en je bent goed in het plannen en communiceren naar je medewerkers. Enige ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een vereiste. Over de functie Als leidinggevende van de werkplaats ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van een enthousiast team. Je ziet het als een uitdaging om jouw mensen te inspireren en coachen, waardoor zij het beste uit zichzelf halen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en je begeleid stagiaires in hun leerproces. Communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijk overwicht zijn essentieel. Je zorgt ervoor dat het proces zo effectief en efficiënt mogelijk verloopt en daarbij is het belangrijk dat je voortdurend naar verbetering streeft.
