Binnen het microbiologisch laboratorium werk je samen met 12 collega's aan de kwaliteitsbewaking van babyvoeding, eiwitpoeders en andere hoogwaardige zuivelingrediënten. - Je voert zelfstandig microbiologische analyses uit, waaronder PCR, kiemtellingen en onderzoek naar gisten, schimmels en pathogenen. - Je neemt monsters van producten, processen en de productieomgeving en verzorgt de monstervoorbereiding. - Je verwerkt en interpreteert analyseresultaten en bepaalt bacteriestammen volgens de geldende richtlijnen. - Je werkt volgens ISO 17025 en zorgt voor een correcte rapportage in het QM-SAP-systeem. - Je schakelt flexibel tussen werkzaamheden en draagt actief bij aan een soepel verloop van het laboratoriumproces. Wat wij vragen Jij bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en voelt je thuis in een laboratoriumomgeving. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in de richting van Microbiologie of een vergelijkbare laboratoriumopleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als microbiologisch analist of in een vergelijkbare functie. - Ervaring met microbiologische analyses, monstervoorbereiding en plaatgiet- of kiemtelmethode. - Een proactieve instelling, flexibiliteit en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
