Bij Alistar help je als Microsoft 365 Consultant organisaties om slimmer en efficiënter samen te werken. Je vertaalt hun manier van werken naar een digitale werkplek in Microsoft 365, met focus op Teams, SharePoint en steeds meer ook Copilot en AI. Je werkt dicht bij de klant, vaak on-site of in workshops, en maakt technologie tastbaar en bruikbaar voor eindgebruikers.

Van uitdaging naar oplossing

  • Je begeleidt workshops bij klanten om hun manier van werken in kaart te brengen
  • Je helpt bij de opzet en verbetering van Microsoft 365-omgevingen
  • Je bouwt en structureert Teams- en SharePoint-omgevingen zodat ze écht werken voor de organisatie
  • Je ondersteunt bij datamigraties en zorgt dat alles vlot en correct verloopt
  • Je geeft training aan eindgebruikers (Teams, samenwerken, Copilot, …), online of ter plaatse
  • Je vertaalt businessnoden naar oplossingen die mensen effectief gaan gebruiken
  • Je zet digitale structuren op en denkt mee over automatisaties en integraties

Wat jij kan, maakt het verschil

  • Je hebt 2+ jaar ervaring met Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid zonder dat iemand je moet duwen
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel met klanten als met collega’s
  • Je durft vragen stellen en denkt actief mee in oplossingen
  • Je kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende klanten en projecten
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar wat er allemaal beweegt rond Copilot en AI
  • Je vindt het leuk om vaak zelfstandig bij klanten te werken (ook on-site)
