Als Microsoft 365 specialist zorg jij ervoor dat jouw collega’s prettig en efficiënt kunnen werken met tools zoals Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive en Power Platform.

Taken Bij Deltares werken we samen met klanten en partners aan oplossingen voor complexe maatschappelijke uitdagingen op het gebied van water, bodem, infrastructuur en klimaat. Om deze samenwerking optimaal te ondersteunen zet Deltares stevig in op digitale samenwerking, kennisdeling en moderne Microsoft 365-oplossingen. Om dit in goede banen te leiden zoeken we een Microsoft 365 Specialist.

Dit kun je verwachten als Microsoft 365 consultant digitale samenwerking

In deze functie ondersteun en adviseer je informatie-eigenaren bij het optimaal inzetten van Microsoft 365-diensten. Je faciliteert, begeleidt en adviseert, maar bent niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke eigendom van informatie of de bedrijfsprocessen die door de omgeving worden ondersteund. Taken onderscheiden zich in 3 hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:

Digitale samenwerking ondersteunen:

- Adviseren van teams over het gebruik van digitale samenwerkingsomgevingen die aansluiten op informatiebehoeften.

- Ondersteunen van samenwerkingsomgevingen op basis van SharePoint Online en Microsoft Teams

- Begeleiden van gebruikers bij nieuwe functionaliteiten en werkwijzen.

Samenwerkingsomgevingen beheren en verbeteren:

- Inrichten en onderhouden van SharePoint-sites, Teams-omgevingen en documentbibliotheken.

- Beheren van metadata, navigatiestructuren en samenwerkingssites

- Ondersteunen bij toegangsbeheer en samenwerking met externe partners.

Automatisering en innovatie:

- Ondersteunen van Power Automate-oplossingen.

- Begeleiden van gebruikers bij eenvoudige automatiseringsvraagstukken

- Ondersteunen van de inzet van Copilot en AI Agents binnen bestaande richtlijnen en kaders.

- Meedenken over de toepassing van nieuwe Microsoft 365-functionaliteiten.

- Je werkt nauw samen met informatiemanagers, informatie-eigenaren en co
