Wat ga je doen? - Het ontwerpen, implementeren en verder doorontwikkelen van Microsoft 365 om samenwerking, communicatie en informatievoorziening te optimaliseren. - Inzichtelijk maken van huidige processen, aanbrengen van prioriteiten en collega's meenemen in de nieuwe werkomgeving. - Optimaal inrichten van de operatie met geschikte monitoring- en supporttools om issues en vulnerabilities te voorkomen. - Zelfstandig initiëren en managen van projecten, waarbij je de Microsoft-roadmap volgt en met verbetervoorstellen komt. - Handig gebruikmaken van zowel de GUI als PowerShell en zorgen voor een goede integratie in het applicatielandschap. Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau in een IT-richting. - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in de ICT, waarvan ten minste 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met M365-projecten. - In staat om een applicatiearchitectuurplan op te stellen en zelfstandig projecten te leiden met duidelijke eigenaarschap. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Relevante Microsoft-certificaten, ervaring met ITIL en projectmanagementtools zoals Prince2 of Scrum, en minimaal drie relevante M365-referenties.
