De supportdesk handelt veel eerste- en tweedelijnsvragen zelfstandig af; zodra een omgeving opnieuw moet worden ingericht, een migratie complex wordt of er technisch echt verdieping nodig is, komt jouw team in beeld. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Microsoft 365-tenants vanaf scratch opbouwen en inrichten; - tenantmigraties en migraties vanuit on-premise omgevingen uitvoeren; - Intune en Autopilot implementeren en optimaliseren; - nieuwe klanten technisch onboarden; - security en Microsoft Secure Score meenemen in de inrichting; - complexe Microsoft 365-vraagstukken analyseren en oplossen; - bestaande omgevingen verbeteren op het gebied van beheer en veiligheid; - klanten adviseren over hoe hun moderne werkplek slimmer ingericht kan worden; - kennis delen met collega-engineers. DesktopToWork is Microsoft Tier 1-partner. Certificeringen zijn daarom relevant, maar echte kennis telt zwaarder. Kun jij zelfstandig een tenant opbouwen, een migratie begeleiden en uitleggen waarom je bepaalde technische keuzes maakt? Dan zit je hier op de juiste plek. Je krijgt bovendien ruimte om mee te bepalen hoe DesktopToWork zijn Microsoft 365-dienstverlening verder ontwikkelt. En wil je op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid? Dan kun je vanuit deze specialistische rol doorgroeien richting techlead of teamlead. Waar je terecht komt DesktopToWork helpt organisaties met online werkplekken, Microsoft 365, Citrix, security, hosting, telefonie en netwerken.
