Je bent daarnaast contactpersoon voor een aantal vaste en nieuwe klanten en speelt in op de wensen en eisen. Je leidt grotere migratie- en implementatieprojecten, voert deze zelf mee uit, en ondersteunt anderen bij kleine projecten. Denk hierbij aan planning, plan van aanpak en communicatie met leveranciers. Daarnaast ontwikkel je technische procedures en beleid voor je collega s. Je bent leergierig, en verdiept je in de ontwikkelingen van Microsoft, denkt vooruit en mee met de klant. Je houdt overzicht over je eigen werk, maar kijkt mee met wat er daarbuiten speelt. Je werkt op kantoor en gaat ook op locatie om storingen op te lossen, te inventariseren, advies te geven en migraties uit te voeren. Je zorgt ervoor dat je dusdanig automatiseert zodat je in de avond gewoon kunt ontspannen, dat is je doel. Dit ga je doen - Behandelen van inkomende incidenten , bestellingen en wijzigingen via telefoon en ons ticketsysteem; - Prioriteiten en diagnoses stellen , oplossen of escaleren van technische problemen; - Registreren van incidenten en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via ons ticketsysteem; - Bijhouden van technische klantgegevens via onze documentatiesoftware ; - Adviseren van klanten over hardware en Microsoft 365-abonnementen; - Opstellen van handleidingen voor de gebruikte diensten; - Onderzoeken, testen en doorvoeren van wijzigingen binnen het Microsoft 365 platform; - Technische ondersteuning bieden aan de Microsoft Cloud Support Technicians / Engineers; - Microsoft Cloud Support Technicians / Engineers helpen bij het maken van ke...
