Je hebt een brede technische kennis en bent verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen en analyseren van incidenten en verzoeken, of het doorzetten naar de juiste interne teams. Met je collega s denk je mee aan structurele oplossingen of het uitbreiden van functionaliteiten. Je werkt op kantoor, maar gaat ook op locatie om storingen te verhelpen of ondersteuning te bieden. Dit ga je doen - Behandelen van inkomende incidenten , bestellingen en wijzigingen via telefoon en ons ticketsysteem; - Prioriteiten en diagnoses stellen , oplossen of escaleren van technische problemen; - Registreren van incidenten en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via ons ticketsysteem; - Bijhouden van technische klantgegevens via onze documentatiesoftware ; - Behandelen van medewerkers in- en uitdienstmeldingen en het aanmaken of verwijderen van gebruikersaccounts; - Voorbereiden, uitleveren en ondersteunen van hardware zoals mobiele apparaten, werkstations en randapparatuur; - Coördineren en voorbereiden van reparaties naar leveranciers ; - Ondersteunen van en meewerken aan implementatie- en migratieprojecten .
