Ter uitbreiding van het team IT in Antwerpen, zoeken we een Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functioneel CRM Specialist/Developer.

Jouw uitdaging Als MS Dynamics 365 Functioneel CRM Specialist/Developer word jij één van de belangrijkste interne aanspreekpunten voor ons Dynamics 365 CRM-platform. Je vormt de brug tussen gebruikers, businessprocessen en technologie. Daarbij analyseer je behoeften vanuit de business, vertaal je deze naar slimme oplossingen binnen Dynamics 365 CRM en zorg je ervoor dat gebruikers elke dag kunnen rekenen op een performant en stabiel platform. Deze rol biedt een unieke kans om mee interne expertise op te bouwen en een directe impact te maken op de verdere ontwikkeling van een strategische CRM-omgeving die dagelijks wordt gebruikt binnen DELA.

Wat je doet als Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functioneel CRM Specialist/Developer bij DELA Elke werkdag bij DELA draait om betekenisvol contact. In deze rol komt het erop aan om:

  • Businessnoden te vertalen naar efficiënte en toekomstgerichte oplossingen binnen Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Dynamics 365 CRM te configureren, optimaliseren en verder uit te bouwen in functie van de noden van gebruikers
  • Oplossingen te realiseren met het Microsoft Power Platform, waaronder Power Apps en Power Automate
  • Incidenten en gebruikersvragen te analyseren, op te lossen en structurele verbeteringen voor te stellen
  • Intensief samen te werken met Customer Care, Sales, Product Owners, leveranciers en andere stakeholders om processen verder te digitaliseren
  • Mee te werken aan releases, testen, upgrades en de verdere evolutie van het CRM-platform.

Wie jij bent (en wat jij meebrengt) Volgende troeven zoeken we in jou:

  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), waardoor je snel mee kan bouwen aan onze Dynamics-omgeving
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels
  • Ervaring met configuratie, implementatie of optimalisatie van Dynamics 365-oplossingen
  • Ervaring met Agile/scrum
  • Kennis van het Microsoft Power Platform, waaronder Power Apps en Power Automate, vormt een sterke meerwaarde
  • Kennis van een gereguleerde omgeving (bank- en verzekeringswereld) is een plus
  • Het vermogen om businessnoden te vertalen naar gebruiksvriendelijke en duurzame CRM-oplossingen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke vlotheid in de samenwerking met gebruikers, stakeholders en IT-collega's
  • Ownership, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de motivatie om uit te groeien tot hét interne aanspreekpunt voor Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset, gecombineerd met de drive om processen continu te verbeteren.
