Als Microsoft Dynamics F&O Product Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van de Dynamics F&O-oplossingen binnen onze organisatie. Je zult nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat onze systemen voldoen aan de zakelijke behoeften en bijdragen aan de doelstellingen en strategieën van de organisatie.

  • Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en vertalen naar Dynamics F&O-oplossingen.
  • Implementeren en beheren van Dynamics F&O-modules en -functionaliteiten.
  • Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers en bieden van technische assistentie.
  • Ontwikkelen van trainingen en handleidingen voor gebruikers.
  • Samenwerken met IT- en business process owners om strategische doelen te bereiken.
  • Voortdurend verbeteren van de systeemperformance en gebruikerservaring.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
  • Ervaring met het leiden van projecten en het werken in teamverband.
  • Ervaring met ERP-implementaties en -beheer.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamspeler.
  • Bereidheid om te blijven leren en certificeringen te behalen.
  • Certificeringen in Microsoft Dynamics F&O is een pluspunt.
