Als toezichter ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de praktische uitwerking van de ochtend-, middag- en naschoolse opvang in de gemeentelijke scholen met aandacht voor de visie van de gemeente. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de kinderen in hun vrije tijd een veilige en aangename tijd beleven.

  • Als ambassadeur van ons lokaal bestuur en van de gemeenteschool Gekko/Gebo zorg je op elk moment van de dag voor een klantvriendelijk onthaal van de kinderen en hun ouders.
  • Als toezichter ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ochtend-, middag- en avondopvang op school waar je kinderen van 2,5 tot 12 jaar begeleidt.
  • Als collega werk je constructief samen met de andere medewerkers van de dienst kinderopvang, met collega’s van andere afdelingen/diensten, het management en het bestuur.
  • Als expert werk je steeds aan je eigen ontwikkeling en expertise. Je hebt een interne ‘drive’ voor je vak en je zorgt ervoor dat je op de hoogte blijft van de ontwikkelingen in dit domein. Indien je weinig/geen ervaring hebt met bepaalde materie, ben je bereid je hierin bij te scholen.
  • Je hebt voldoende actieve kennis van het Nederlands of volgt een leertraject.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Je voldoet aan de algemene toelatings- en aanwervingsvoorwaarden.
