In deze functie werk je nauw samen met je collega's binnen de veiligheidsorganisatie, Rotterdam en Den Haag. Als Middelbaar Veiligheidskundige ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken met betrekking tot veiligheid en gezondheid. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de implementatie van het veiligheidsbeleid op de werkvloer. Hierin draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid over 2 tot 5 projecten, afhankelijk van de grootte en complexiteit van het project. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen over veiligheid en gezondheid voor het project-/contractteam; - Je coördineert acties met betrekking tot veiligheid en gezondheid, zoals het uitvoeren van een RI&E, het waarborgen van veiligheid in werkplannen en het delen van trends binnen het team; - Je coördineert en begeleidt veiligheidsactiviteiten binnen het project-/contractteam; - Je voert incidentonderzoeken uit in opdracht van de V&GC-U en stelt verbeteracties op met het team om dergelijke incidenten in de toekomst te voorkomen; - Je geeft proactief advies aan het projectteam over veiligheid en gezondheid.

Dit is een unieke vacature, omdat je op enorm gave projecten komt te werken in complexe werkomgevingen. Met jouw ervaring en praktische oog kijk je naar praktische oplossingen en zorg je voor draagvlak bij je collega's! Wil jij je daarnaast verder ontwikkelen en doorgroeien naar HVK?
