En jij zorgt dat die motor blijft draaien en dat de juiste mensen instappen. Wat ga je doen als Corporate Recruiter Logistiek? Als Corporate Recruiter breng jij de juiste mensen aan boord om onze groei verder mogelijk te maken. Van eerste contact tot handtekening. Van chauffeur tot teamleider. Jij weet wie we nodig hebben én waar je ze vindt. Hoe je dit aanpakt? Dat bepaal je grotendeels zelf. Jij hebt de regie over je agenda en prioriteiten. Bij Milieu Service Nederland gaat recruitment verder dan searchen en vacatures uitzetten. We bouwen aan een nieuwe wervingsaanpak voor logistiek. Denk aan het neerzetten van een aantrekkelijk werkgeversmerk, campagnes, banendagen, meeloopdagen en samenwerkingen met scholen. En je staat er niet alleen voor. Samen met een collega Corporate Recruiter en een Recruitment Marketeer vorm je een gedreven en sterk team. Korte lijnen, veel tempo en samen verantwoordelijk voor resultaat. Jij: - Werft zelfstandig voor uiteenlopende logistieke functies vanuit ons hoofdkantoor. Van wasploegmedewerker tot chauffeur B/C/CE, planner en teamleider; - Bouwt continu aan je eigen talentpool via socials, netwerken, campagnes en directe benadering; - Denkt en bouwt mee aan onze wervingsaanpak en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie; - Werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en HR en neemt de lead in het proces.
