Iemand die financiële inzichten vertaalt naar betere beslissingen en vooruitkijkt naar wat er nodig is om verder te groeien? Je werkt hands-on samen met drie controllers en zorgt dat budgetten, forecasts en het meerjarenplan aansluiten bij de strategische koers van de organisatie. Jij weet wat er nodig is om vooruit te komen. En je durft dat ook te zeggen. Wat ga je doen als Senior Controller? Jij bent de financiële sparringpartner waar onze teams op bouwen. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers, stelt scherpe vragen en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties. - Je adviseert Sales, Operations, IT en Productontwikkeling en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor het management. Je weet financiële inzichten helder te vertalen naar de praktijk; - Je coördineert budgetrondes en forecasts en denkt vooruit. Je brengt verschillende scenario's in kaart en zorgt dat financiële keuzes aansluiten bij onze plannen voor de lange termijn; - Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert dashboards en rapportages, zodat het management snel ziet waar we staan, waar kansen liggen en waar moet worden bijgestuurd; - Je duikt in complexe financiële vraagstukken, analyseert onder andere marges, prijstactieken, klantsegmenten en KPI's en vertaalt je bevindingen naar helder advies. Je signaleert kansen en risico's voordat ze problemen worden; - Je kijkt kritisch naar kosten en processen en ziet waar het slimmer en efficiënter kan.
