The posting

In deze uitdagende functie ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en opvolgen van het milieubeleid van onze klant in Dessel.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de activiteiten uitgevoerd worden met respect voor het milieu én in overeenstemming met de milieuwetgeving!

Takenpakket

  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling, implementatie en continue verbetering van het milieubeleid en milieuzorgsysteem (ISO 14001).
  • Adviseren van interne stakeholders over milieuwetgeving, vergunningen en milieucompliance.
  • Identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen van milieuaspecten, milieueffecten en risico's van activiteiten en projecten.
  • Coördineren en opstellen van omgevings- en milieuvergunningsaanvragen, inclusief MER-trajecten.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van nucleaire en niet-nucleaire vergunningsdossiers in samenwerking met interne en externe partijen.
  • Monitoren van milieuprestaties en toezien op de naleving van federale en regionale milieuwetgeving.
  • Opstellen en beheren van wettelijke milieu- en emissierapporteringen, waaronder IMJV, VMM-heffingen en milieujaarverslagen.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van emissie- en immissiemetingen, inclusief verwerking, analyse en rapportering van meetresultaten.
  • Uitvoeren van milieuaspectanalyses, interne audits en opvolging van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Uitwerken van technische oplossingen, richtlijnen en verbeterinitiatieven binnen het milieudomein.
  • Leiden en ondersteunen van milieu- en optimalisatieprojecten, inclusief budget-, planning- en stakeholderbeheer.
  • Fungeren als milieu-expert en aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Identificeren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan een veilige, duurzame en conforme bedrijfsvoering.
  • Opbouwen, borgen en delen van milieukennis binnen de organisatie.
  • Een afgeronde opleiding (Bachelor of Master) in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering (bij voorkeur milieucoördinator niveau A).
  • Tot 2 jaar werkervaring in een industriële werkomgeving.
  • Kennis van milieuwetgeving en milieumanagementsystemen, met een sterke voorkeur voor ISO 14001.
  • Bereidheid tot het bezoeken van werkplaatsen en uitvoeren van compliance audits.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om samen te werken met diverse interne teams. (Kennis van het Nederlands is vereist)
  • Een passie voor duurzaamheid en milieubehoud
