The posting

Als Milieucoördinator B ben je verantwoordelijk voor het milieubeleid binnen de brouwerij. Je bewaakt de naleving van milieuwetgeving en vergunningen, volgt milieuprestaties op en werkt mee aan projecten die onze milieu-impact verminderen. Daarnaast beheer je een aantal specifieke kwaliteits-, en voedselveiligheids-, en verpakkingsdossiers. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en draagt zo bij aan een conforme, duurzame en toekomstgerichte productieomgeving.

Jouw uitdaging als milieucoördinator B:

• Je neemt een actieve rol op binnen het milieubeleid van de brouwerij. Je bewaakt de milieuwetgeving en -vergunningen, monitort milieu-indicatoren zoals energie-, water- en grondstoffenverbruik, afvalstromen en CO₂-uitstoot en werkt mee aan projecten om onze milieu-impact te verminderen.

• Je beheert een aantal specifieke kwaliteits-, verpakkings- en voedselveiligheidsdossiers. Dit omvat onder andere verpakkingscompliance (o.a. PPWR), het FCA-dossier voor voedergist en bierbostel en ondersteuning bij HACCP-documentatie en risicoanalyses.

• Je staat in voor correcte procedures, registraties en wettelijke rapporteringen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden en ondersteunt milieu-inspecties en audits.

• Je volgt bevindingen, non-conformiteiten en verbeteracties op en werkt samen met de betrokken afdelingen aan een tijdige uitvoering.

• Je draagt bij aan bewustwording en kennisdeling via opleidingen, toolboxsessies en communicatie rond milieu, kwaliteit, verpakkingen en voedselveiligheid.

• Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en rapporteert aan de Q&E Manager over milieuprestaties, conformiteit en verbeteracties.

  • Milieucoördinator B, idealiter aangevuld met een bachelor in milieu, voeding, chemie, biotechnologie,...
  • 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedings-, dranken- of procesindustrie.
  • Sterk in het vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en pragmatisch.
  • Vlotte communicator die mensen weet te verbinden en te overtuigen.
  • Nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en sterk in planning en organisatie.
  • Gedreven door veiligheid, milieu, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
  • Een proactieve professional die initiatief neemt en eigenaarschap toont.
