The posting

Als Milieucoördinator zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie steeds voldoet aan de geldende milieuwetgeving en kwaliteitsvereisten. Je houdt het overzicht over alle administratieve processen en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het beheren en opvolgen van milieuvergunningen, meldingen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Het voorbereiden, aanvragen en vernieuwen van vergunningen en wettelijke documenten.
  • Het coördineren en opvolgen van certificeringen, audits en controles (zoals COPRO, VLAREMA, ISO of andere relevante normen).
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met overheidsinstanties, keuringsorganismen en externe partners.
  • Het opvolgen van wijzigingen in de milieuwetgeving en deze vertalen naar de organisatie.
  • Het verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van milieugegevens en wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Het beheren van afvalstromen, grondstoffenregistraties en andere milieugebonden administraties.
  • Het ondersteunen van interne afdelingen bij milieu- en kwaliteitsvraagstukken.
  • Het meewerken aan verbeterprojecten rond duurzaamheid, compliance en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen milieuadministratie, vergunningen, certificeringen of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Kennis van milieuwetgeving en certificeringsprocessen is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je bent communicatief en onderhoudt vlot contacten met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
