Of werk je al als milieukundig adviseur en zoek je een brede functie met veel afwisseling? Dan is dit een mooie volgende stap. Dit ga je doen Als Milieukundig Adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het milieukundige traject van aanvraag tot rapportage. Je beoordeelt bestaande informatie, voert vooronderzoek uit en bepaalt welk aanvullend onderzoek nodig is. Vervolgens stel je offertes op, stem je werkzaamheden af met de veldwerker en beoordeel je de onderzoeks- en laboratoriumresultaten. De onderzoeken zijn heel divers. Het ene moment werk je aan een verkennend bodemonderzoek, het volgende aan een waterbodem-, asbest- of funderingsonderzoek. Regelmatig komen meerdere onderzoeken samen binnen één project. Je adviezen zijn praktisch en duidelijk: geen twintig pagina's tekst als de opdrachtgever vooral wil weten wat er aan de hand is en wat er moet gebeuren. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van milieukundig vooronderzoek; - Opstellen van offertes en bepalen welke onderzoeken nodig zijn; - Uitwerken en beoordelen van veldwerk- en laboratoriumresultaten; - Opstellen van rapportages voor bodem-, waterbodem-, asbest- en funderingsonderzoek; - Begeleiden en uitwerken van partijkeuringen; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over resultaten en vervolgstappen; - Afstemmen met veldwerkers, collega's en externe specialisten; - Waar mogelijk opstellen van saneringsplannen; - Incidenteel zelf veldwerk uitvoeren als dat bij een project past.
