Het bedrijf bestaat uit de eigenaar en vier medewerkers en voert verschillende werkzaamheden uit binnen het hoveniersvak en grondverzet. De projecten bevinden zich voornamelijk in de Bollenstreek. Doordat je binnen een klein bedrijf werkt, zijn de lijnen kort en kent iedereen elkaar. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en verschillende machines en werkzaamheden te leren kennen. Het bedrijf zoekt iemand die voor langere tijd onderdeel wil worden van het team. Daarom zijn zowel kandidaten die meerdere dagen per week willen werken als pensionado's die bijvoorbeeld één dag per week actief willen blijven welkom. Functieomschrijving Als Minigraver Machinist ben jij degene die wordt ingeschakeld voor verschillende graaf- en grondwerkzaamheden. Je werkt voornamelijk met minigravers en komt op verschillende projecten in de Bollenstreek. De ene keer graaf je sleuven of een bouwput uit, terwijl je op een ander project bezig bent met het leeghalen en voorbereiden van een tuin. Hierdoor zit je niet iedere dag op dezelfde plek en werk je aan zowel hoveniers- als grondverzetprojecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen van de minigraver bij verschillende grondwerkzaamheden; - Graven van sleuven en uitgraven van bouwputten; - Leeghalen en voorbereiden van tuinen voor aanleg; - Controleren en uitvoeren van klein onderhoud aan de machines; - Indien nodig werken met andere machines, zoals een Giant shovel of rupsdumper.
