The posting

Jugendwohnstart Team Oberland bietet in der Region Imst und Reutte Betreutes Wohnen für Jugendliche ab 15 Jahren, das heißt, wir begleiten Jugendliche auf ihrem Weg in ein selbständiges Leben und unterstützen sie dabei in allen relevanten Lebensbereichen.

Wir entwickeln uns konstant weiter und benötigen Verstärkung.

Deshalb besetzen wir eine bzw. zwei Stellen für engagierte Fachkräfte, die die Herausforderung der Arbeit in einer Jugendhilfeeinrichtung mit vielfältigen und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben suchen. 2 Mitarbeier_innen in der Sozialpädagogische Betreuung

Wenn du mit Begriffen wie Beziehungsarbeit, Verantwortung und Teamzusammenhalt etwas anfangen kannst, bist du bei uns richtig.

Voraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossene einschlägige Ausbildung

* Flexibilität

* Teamfähigkeit

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen bevorzugt

Wir bieten:

* Anstellung im Ausmaß von 20 - 35 WS n.V.

* Entlohnung nach SWÖ KV Verwendungsgruppe 8, Einstufung nach Vordienstzeit, d.h. mindestens 2.262,77 brutto (für 25 WS, Stufe 1, auf Basis 3.348,90 für 37 WS) bzw. 3.167,88 (für 35 WS)

* Regelmäßige Teamsitzungen und Supervision

* Keine Nachtdienste
