Unsere Tätigkeiten reichen von der Errichtung von Einfamilienhäusern samt Planung, großvolumigen Wohnbauten, bis zu Reihenhäuser für Genossenschaften und Bauträger sowie Industrie- u. Geschäftsbauten.

Wir suchen für unser Bau-Team eine/n erfahrene/n 1 Mitarbeiter / Arbeiter am Bauhof (m/w/d) Bereich: Bauhof / Logistik

Einsatzort: 2753 Markt Piesting, Minnatal 1

Anstellungsverhältnis: Vollzeit (39 - Std./Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Material- und Warenwirtschaft: Be- und Entladen von Lkw sowie die fachgerechte Einlagerung von Baumaterialien, Gerüstteilen und Schalungs-Systemen. Mithilfe bei der Lagerstandverwaltung und jährlichen Inventur.

* Geräte- und Fuhrparkbetreuung: Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Pflege von Baumaschinen, Werkzeugen und Kleingeräten inklusive Funktionskontrolle.

* Bauhoforganisation: Instandhaltung, Sortierung und Reinigung des gesamten Bauhofgeländes zur Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Arbeitssicherheit.

* Vorbereitung für Baustellen: Zusammenstellung und Kommissionierung von Material und Werkzeug.

* Instandhaltung: Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an Geräten und Schalungsmaterial.

Ihr Profil

* Berufserfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Lagerbereich, auf einem Bauhof oder auf Baustellen von Vorteil.

* Qualifikationen: Gültiger Staplerschein (Hubwagen/Gabelstapler) erforderlich; Führerschein Klasse B (Klasse BE/C von Vorteil).

* Fähigkeiten: Handwerkliches Geschick, Verständnis für Baustoffe und Werkzeuge sowie eine körperlich belastbare Konstitution.

* Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent.
