Signum Print produziert am Standort St. Veit an der Glan Werbemittel für den Point of Sale - im Siebdruck, Digitaldruck und UV-Offsetdruck. Rund 90 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter arbeiten hier an einem vielfältigen Maschinenpark. Die Arbeitsvorbereitung ist die Drehscheibe dazwischen: Hier wird aus dem Auftrag ein produzierbarer Plan. Wir verstärken dieses Team. 2 Mitarbeiter Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d) Vollzeit · St. Veit an der Glan · Eintritt ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Vollzeit mit 40 h

Die Zeiten sind flexibel angelehnt an unseren Schichtbetrieb. Kernzeit 8-15:00.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aufträge technisch aufbereiten und für die Produktion einplanen

* Fertigungsunterlagen erstellen, Auftragsdaten auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität prüfen

* Material- und Nutzenbedarf ermitteln, Materialdisposition mit dem Einkauf abstimmen

* Maschinenbelegung und Termine planen - und bei Störungen zuverlässig umplanen

* Schnittstelle zwischen Innendienst, Kalkulation, Druckvorstufe, Einkauf und Produktion

* Termine überwachen und Rückmeldungen aus der Produktion nachhalten

* Mitarbeit an der laufenden Standardisierung unserer Abläufe und der ERP-Einführung

Was Sie mitbringen

VORAUSSETZUNG

* Technisches Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe

* Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationsgeschick

* Kommunikationsstärke - die Arbeitsvorbereitung ist die zentrale Schnittstelle im Haus

* Sicherer Umgang mit EDV und Bereitschaft, sich in unser ERP-System einzuarbeiten

VON VORTEIL

* Erfahrung in der Druck-, Werbemittel- oder Verpackungsbranche

* Ausbildung im Bereich Drucktechnik, Medientechnik oder Verpackungstechnik

* Erfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungsplanung oder Disposition

* Kenntnisse in Nutzenberechnung und Bogeneinteilung

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 2.800,- auf Basis Vollzeit 40h/Woche, 14× jährlich. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
