Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Bürostandort Mils bei Hall suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt in Teil- oder Vollzeit (mindestens 20 Wochenstunden) einen Mitarbeiter für das Rechnungswesen - Karenzvertretung (m, w, d). 1 Mitarbeiter für das Rechnungswesen - Karenzvertretung (m, w, d) Was du tun wirst:

* Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften

* Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen

* Lagerbuchhaltung

* Monatliche Stundenerfassung der Dienstnehmer

* Stammdatenanlage und -verwaltung

* Unterstützung in angrenzenden Aufgabenbereichen, z. B. im Mahnwesen oder bei der Aufbereitung von Daten und Unterlagen

* Empfang und Betreuung: Professionelle Begrüßung unserer Mitglieder und Geschäftspartner (im rotierenden Wechsel mit Kolleg*innen)

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

* Erstellung von Kundenangeboten und - aufträgen

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Landwirtschaftlicher Bezug von Vorteil

* Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung - Zahlen schrecken dich nicht

* Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen

* Fit im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und offen für neue Software

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
