Zur Ergänzung unseres dynamischen Teams in Wolfurt suchen wir eine(n) 1 Mitarbeiter für Zoll- und Transportmanagement (m/w/d) Österreich Wolfurt Logistik Vollzeit

Deine fachlichen und persönlichen Stärken:

* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit.

* Idealerweise hast du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Transport- oder Speditionsumfeld.

* Analytisches Denken sowie ein gutes Gespür für Zusammenhänge zeichnen dich aus.

* Deine Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

* Du sorgst mit deiner offenen Art für einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team.

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen rundet dein Profil ab.

Dein Beitrag im Team:

* Du analysierst Transportdaten und wertest relevante Kennzahlen sowie Transportkosten aus, um Optimierungspotenziale zu erkennen.

* Durch deinen Vergleich von Transportangeboten unterstützt du die Auswahl wirtschaftlicher und effizienter Logistiklösungen.

* Du unterstützt unser Team im täglichen Exportgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.

* Teilladungen sowie Luft- und Seefrachten? Kein Problem für dich - du erledigst die Beauftragung souverän.

* Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Spedition und Vertrieb.

* Neben dem Tagesgeschäft übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich Schwerpunktaufgaben in den Bereichen Zoll, Lieferpläne und Reklamationsabwicklung und sorgst für eine reibungslose und termingerechte Abwicklung.

Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Kollektivvertrag und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
