Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Mitarbeiter im Bereich Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d) -Vollzeit Deine Aufgaben:

* Probenvorbereitung mit Labor-Extruder, Folien-Extruder und Spritzgussmaschinen

* Materialanalytik (u. a. Melt Flow Index/MFI, Zugfestigkeit, Schlagzähigkeit, DSC,...)

* Qualitätsprüfungen entlang verschiedener Prozessstufen

* Waren-Ein- und -Ausgangskontrolle

* Dokumentation & Datenpflege nach Vorgaben

* Überprüfung und Wartung von Anlagen und Geräten im Laborumfeld

* Musterversand & Musterarchivierung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Produktentwicklung und Lagerlogistik

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung - idealerweise Kunststoff-, Chemie- oder Labortechnik

* Erfahrung im industriellen Qualitätswesen

* Fundiertes Know-how in Kunststofftechnik

* Sorgfältige, analytische Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Teamfähig, zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark und mit professionellem Auftreten

* Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office

* Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

* Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft
