Dein Job

* Du sorgst für die Prüfung, Plausibilisierung und Aufbereitung von Verrechnungsdaten und Kostenstellen.

* In deiner Rolle als Systemadministrator:in gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Systemen aktiv mit.

* Die Pflege von Fahrzeug-, Fahrer- und Stammdaten sowie die Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

* Als zentrale Ansprechperson unterstützt du Anwender:innen, interne Fachbereiche und externe Dienstleister.

* Mit aussagekräftigen Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen lieferst du wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

* Durch die Analyse von Fahrzeug-, Kosten- und Verrechnungsdaten deckst du Optimierungspotenziale auf.

* Bei Versicherungs- und Schadensfällen unterstützt du eine reibungslose administrative Abwicklung.

* Deine Ideen und dein Engagement bringst du in Projekte und Prozessverbesserungen aktiv ein.

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (z. B. HAK, AHS oder HBLA) oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Idealerweise konntest du bereits Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Abrechnung, Administration, Reporting oder Controlling sammeln.

* Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, ist für dich selbstverständlich.

* Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP, sowie Datenbanken sind von Vorteil.

* Du bringst eine hohe IT-Affinität mit und interessierst dich für digitale Lösungen sowie die Optimierung von Prozessen.

* Zahlen liegen dir, und du überzeugst durch ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen.

* Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, selbstständig und von hoher Genauigkeit geprägt.

* Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion "Spezialist:in Fuhrparkmanagement" ist ein Mindestgehalt von € 55.307,- brutto pro Jahr vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
