Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt * Du verantwortest sämtliche Personaladministration für den Standort * Du stellst einen reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozess sowie die koordinierte Zusammenarbeit mit Post108 sicher * Du steuerst die Zeiterfassungs- und Stammdatenpflege und gewährleistest durch laufende Kontrollen die Qualität und Aktualität der administrativen Personaldaten * Du unterstützt die operative Steuerung durch die Erfassung, Auswertung und Aufbereitung relevanter Leistungs- und Kundendaten sowie durch die Mitwirkung an Monatsabschlüssen und Reportings * Du koordinierst administrative Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft, dokumentierst operative Prozesse und fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Schnittstellen und Kund*innenanliegen im Bereich Retourenmanagement

Worauf es uns ankommt * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung und relevante Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Umfeld * Erfahrung in der Personaladministration, Zeiterfassung, Stammdatenverwaltung und Logistik von Vorteil * Hohe Genauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Freude am Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und administrativen Prozessen

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 38.100,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
