* Abwicklung aller Lager-/Logistikprozesse - von Wareneingang, Warenausgang bis zur Verladung

* Erste Anlaufstelle für Frächter und Spediteure

* Erstellung, Kontrolle und Ausgabe von Lieferscheinen und Frachtpapieren

* Laufende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Produktion, Einkauf, Vertriebsinnendienst)

* Koordination der Displayfertigung in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Nahtstellenbereichen sowie externen Partnern

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Bürotätigkeiten

Damit überzeugst du uns

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung unbedingt erforderlich, vorzugsweise im Lager-/Logistikbereich

* solide MS-Office-Kenntnisse und vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerverwaltung und Transport

* fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Genaue Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und Selbstständigkeit

* Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast Humor und behältst auch dann den Fokus, wenn es einmal stressig wird
