Die Soziale Initiative arbeitet im Auftrag von Gemeinden, der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und des Sozialministeriumservice in verschiedenen sozialpädagogischen Arbeitsfeldern.

Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter_in als Coach_in und Trainer_in im AusbildungsFit NEXT LEVEL "AFIT NL" in unserem Team in Freistadt (11 Wochenstunden)

Gestalte mit - deine Mission bei uns:

* partizipative Erarbeitung von individuellen Lösungen sowie Zielen für die zukünftige Lebens- und Berufsgestaltung der Jugendlichen in den Säulen Training, Wissenswerkstatt, Sport und Coaching

* ressourcenorientiertes und selbstwertförderndes Arbeiten mit den Jugendlichen

* individuelle Unterstützung der jungen Erwachsenen (15-25 Jahre) beim Erwerb bzw. Einüben von berufsbezogenen Kompetenzen sowie im Bereich der Kulturtechniken, Arbeitstugenden und neuen Medien (Gruppensetting 4-10 Teilnehmer:innen)

* aktive_r Coach_in und Casemanager_in für die Jugendlichen sowie deren Erziehungsberechtigte und Netzwerkpartner_innen (Wirtschaft, AMS, SMS-Projekte, etc.)

* Coachingkompetenz mitgebracht wird

* pädagogische und didaktische Kenntnisse vorhanden sind

* jugendliche Weltoffenheit gelebt und geschätzt wird

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen besteht und ein gutes Verständnis für sie vorhanden ist

* Kreativität, Teamgeist, Reflexionsfähigkeit und Lernfreude Teil der eigenen Arbeitsweise sind

* eine optimistische und lösungsorientierte Lebenseinstellung mitgebracht wird

* Freude an sportlichen Aktivitäten besteht

* ein Erste-Hilfe-Kurs (nicht älter als 4 Jahre) vorgewiesen werden kann

Für dein Engagement bieten wir eine faire Vergütung nach SWÖ-KV Verw. Gr. 8 (mind. € 3.348,90 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden) zzgl. Zulagen und Sozialleistungen.
