Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter*in als Trainer*in (w/m/d) für unser Team in Amstetten - Weitenfeldstraße (30 Wochenstunden) ab 01.10.2026

Bei AusbildungsFit können Jugendliche ihre schulischen, persönlichen und sozialen Kompetenzen ausbauen, um ihr individuelles Ausbildungsziel zu erreichen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

º Aktive Planung (interessant und motivierend für die Zielgruppe) der Arbeitstrainingsbereiche

"Metallwerkstatt", "KFZ-Grundlagen" sowie "Grünraum"

º Vermittlung handwerklicher Grundlagen im Metall, KFZ- und Grünraumbereich

º Sichtbarmachen der Kompetenzen der Jugendlichen

º Ressourcenorientiertes und selbstwertförderndes Arbeiten mit den Jugendlichen

Wir bieten Ihnen:

Anforderungen:

º Guten Draht zu jungen Menschen

º Sicheren Umgang in der Vermittlung handwerklicher Grundlagen im Metall- und Grünraumbereich

º Kreativität, Teamgeist, Genderkompetenz, Reflexionsfähigkeit und Lernfreude

º Mitarbeit an der Erweiterung des Angebotes

º Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Metallfacharbeit, KFZMechanik, etc.) und Erfahrung in der Beratung und Betreuung von jungen Menschen (pädagogische Zusatzausbildung von Vorteil)
