Die Emmausgemeinschaft St. Pölten unterstützt sozial benachteiligte Menschen bei der sozialen und beruflichen Integration in die Gesellschaft. Unser Verein betreibt Einrichtungen an neun Standorten in St. Pölten, begleitet Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenslagen und bietet bei Bedarf auch ein Zuhause auf Zeit. Dazu verfügen wir über ein Netzwerk aus Notschlafstellen, Tageszentren, Wohnhäusern, einer Beratungsstelle, Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsplätzen sowie Tagesstätten.

Die Tagesstätte Viehofen unterstützt Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen im Lebensbereich Arbeit sowie beim Aufbau sozialer und gesundheitsförderlicher Kompetenzen. Für unsere Einrichtung suchen wir eine Arbeitsanleitung in der Gruppe Holz. Die Stelle ist ab sofort mit bis zu 35 Wochenstunden zu besetzen. 1 Mitarbeiter:in Arbeitsanleitung Holz für die Tagesstätte Viehofen

Das ist Deine Arbeit bei uns

º Du leitest eine Werkgruppe in der handwerklichen Produktion (Holzbearbeitung) an.

º Du trägst die organisatorische Verantwortung (Produktentwicklung, Produktion, Materialbeschaffung).

º Du unterstützt die Umsetzung der Zielpläne der Teilnehmer:innen.

Du passt zu uns, wenn Du

º über handwerkliche Fertigkeiten in der Holzbearbeitung verfügst (Tischler:in, Zimmerer:in, Holz-Designer:in/Künstler:in oder ähnliches).

º Erfahrungen im pädagogischen oder psychosozialen Bereich besitzt.

º Eigeninitiative zeigst und Dich für Aufgaben begeisterst und aktiv mitgestalten möchtest.

º Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung besitzt.
