In dieser Position sorgst Du dafür, dass Aufträge optimal vorbereitet, Stammdaten zuverlässig gepflegt und Produktionsabläufe effizient gesteuert werden. Mit Deinem strukturierten Arbeiten trägst Du maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Fertigungsprozess bei. 1 Mitarbeiter_in Arbeitsvorbereitung

Arbeitsausmaß: Vollzeit

Dein Verantwortungsbereich bei uns:

* Neue und bestehende Artikel werden von Dir entsprechend der Kundenanforderungen kalkuliert

* Für die Anlage von Artikeln in unserem ERP-System sowie eine hohe Datenqualität übernimmst Du die Verantwortung

* Produktions- und Betriebsaufträge erstellst Du auf Basis der vorliegenden Auftragsbestätigungen

* Mit einer sorgfältigen Plausibilitätsprüfung und den dazugehörigen Materialbuchungen sorgst Du für korrekte Produktionsdaten

* Als Teil der Produktionssteuerung unterstützt Du die reibungslose Planung und Umsetzung unserer Fertigungsaufträge

So bist Du:

* Die Kalkulation neuer und bestehender Artikel liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich

* Mit einer sorgfältigen Stammdatenpflege sorgst Du für eine hohe Datenqualität im ERP-System

* Auftragsbestätigungen verwandelst Du in passgenaue Produktions- und Betriebsaufträge

* Durch Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Materialbuchungen stellst Du die Datenqualität in der Produktion sicher

* Die Produktionssteuerung unterstützt Du aktiv und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei

* Ein eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes wird benötigt

Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag: Verwendungsgruppe III. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
