Für unseren Kunden, welcher einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller von rotierenden Präzisionswerkzeugen ist, suchen wir für den Einsatz Ort Wien eine/einen: 1 Mitarbeiter_In Arbeitsvorbereitung - Werkzeugannahme & Beschichtung Ihre Aufgaben:

* Annahme und Erfassung von Werkzeugen und Aufträgen

* Vorbereitung und Koordination der weiteren Bearbeitung bzw. Beschichtung

* Administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung

* Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen im ERP-System

* Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen und Ansprechpartner: innen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Auftragsablaufs

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung in der Metallbranche oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel

* Idealerweise Ausbildung als CNC-Techniker: in, Werkzeugmacher: in, Maschinenschlosser: in oder Mechatroniker: in

* Alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau mit technischem Interesse

* Gute Windows-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt

* Erfahrung mit SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System von großem Vorteil

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert

* Technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
